[Unnecessary] Angst

Hi Everyone! Checking in from our brief hiatus, and coming at you with a full book discussion on The Revealed by Sarah Kleck, which is the sequel to the first book we discussed (The Concealed). While this book was..definitely not our favorite, we had a fun time talking about Evelyn's character growth finally materializing in this book, our love of Arthurian magic and legends, and the lack of justice for Colin and Sally, the true power couple of the series. We will be back in two weeks to talk about another sequel - The Wicked King by Holly Black!

As our month long break continues, enjoy another special extra episode, where we are discussing the entirety of the plot of The Wicked King by Holly Black, or also known as the sequel to The Cruel Prince, and the second book in the Folk of the Air trilogy. We are finally kicking off our third book in our chapter by chapter reading series, and it is This Savage Song by Victoria Schwab! Starting the book off strong with lots of action - a church burning down, lots of monsters, and a divided city, and we are so excited to dive into the world of Verity and V-City with you all as we begin this tale of two teens trying to find their place in a dystopian, monster ridden society.
